2. What data we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password, collected when you register.
Uploaded files: DXF/DWG files you upload for analysis. These are stored temporarily for processing.
Generated reports: Excel files produced by the analysis engine, linked to your account.
Usage data: timestamps of jobs run and reports generated, stored as aggregate operational data.
Support messages: subject and message text you submit via the contact form.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): account data and uploaded files are necessary to provide the service.
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): usage data and support messages help us operate and improve the platform.

4. How long we keep it

Uploaded DXF files: deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Generated reports: deleted automatically after 7 days.
Account data: retained while your account is active.
Support messages: retained for 12 months.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your uploaded files and reports never leave our server.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to or restrict processing
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Uploaded files are stored on a private server not accessible from the public internet.
